She is an internationally acclaimed astrophysicist, member of several scientific advisory boards for institutions and ministries in France, Spain, Germany and USA. She received in 2018 the award for most influential French scientist of the year at the French ministry of foreign affairs.

Since 2018, Alain Trémeau is Vice-Rector for International Relations at Jean Monnet University (UJM), a member of the larger Université de Lyon. Since 1999, he has been a full professor at the Physics department, has published more than 200 book chapters/books/ papers in journals/ papers in conferences and has supervised 15 PhD. Since 2008, he has been coordinating several Erasmus Mundus/international master’s programs (CIMET, COSI, 3DMT).

Since 2017, Guillaume Rousset is Vice-President for International Affairs of University of Lyon 3, a member of the larger Université de Lyon. For several years, he has been involved in numerous European projects (Capacity building, International credit mobility). He is also the Secretary General of the French Health Law Association (AFDS).

Alessandro Paccagnella is the Vice Rector for International Relations.

AP is full professor of Electronics. His research activity is focused on the reliability of micro/nano-electronic devices and circuits, with specific attention on the radiation effects. In the years 2008-2014 he was Director of the Department of Information Engineering, sitting in the University Academic Senate in the years 2012 – 2014. Since October 2015 he is the Vice-Rector for International relations. AP is also Honorary Professor of the Institute of Microelectronics of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, Beijing.

Dora has been working in international relations for more than twenty years at the Politecnico di Milano.
She has great competence in all the areas of internationalization, with a strong focus on managing and developing strategic partnerships, EU projects, and
international recruitment and admissions. Since 2014, Dora is a member of the Conference Programme Committee of the EAIE, where she also served as a Board Member.

Before joining the University of Padua, Alessandra served as a project manager for Sapienza University of Rome,

Vice-rector of Partnerships at Vilnius University.  He has obtained a PhD in Humanities at King’s College London University and since 2001 teaches at the Faculty of History.  His administrative career he started as a director of the Open Society College, he also worked as a project coordinator of the Nordic Council of Ministers’ Office in Lithuania and  as a director of the Vilnius Office of the British Council. He has a diverse international experience, accumulated by implementing large educational and cultural projects based on partnership of various Lithuanian and foreign organizations.

Petter Steensnæs Morland is a student representative in the Arqus Student Council on behalf of the Student Parliament at the University of Bergen. Morland has a MA-degree in Nordic Languages and Literature as well as a BA in Religious Studies. He is a part of the Executive Committee at the Student Parliament and is responsible for all matters concerning student welfare, internationalization, and communication.

Sofia Giunta is a Students’ representative inside the Arqus Students’ Council on behalf of the University of Padova. She is currently students’ representative inside the National Students’ Council of Italy and her main fields of interest are internationalization, academic freedom, gender inequalities and universal access to higher education. She is attending the Human Rights and Multi-level Governance Master in Padova in her second year.
