Vilnius University invites international academic and administrative staff to its Erasmus+ Staff Training second edition, taking place from 11 to 15 May 2026. This dynamic five-day programme will welcome staff from partner universities in the EU and non-EU countries to learn about Vilnius University and experience their campuses and local culture. Priority for partipation will be given to participants from Arqus partner universities.

From 12 to 13 May you will be able to expand your knowledge in the workshop “Intercultural Collaboration” (with LEGO® Serious Play®), where you will be able to experience intercultural communication in a new way, by thinking with your hands. The programme will also include a lecture titled “Double edge sword of AI in Cybersecurity” by Professor L. Bukauskas on 14 May. The full event schedule can be found here.

Moreover, the programme’s social agenda will also offer enriching guided tours, where participants will have the opportunity to uncover the secrets behind Vilnius’s most famous legends or to discover the newly revealed site of Vilnius’ first power plant.
