This webinar will provide an overview of the Nagoya Protocol and ABS and what are your obligations as a researcher/research institution in the European Union, followed by a practical Q&A session, organised by the University of Graz, the Knowledge Transfer Centre (WTZ) Group in Austria and Arqus.

The event will prove beneficial to researchers and those employed in management and administration who are engaged in work involving genetic resources or who are interested in acquiring further knowledge of the Nagoya Protocol.

Keynote speaker: Melania Nelly Munoz-Garcia, biologist and ABS project manager at the Leibniz Institute DSMZ and the German Nagoya Hub.
