Vilnius University invites international academic and administrative staff to its Erasmus+ Staff Training Week, taking place from 12 to 16 May 2025. This dynamic five-day programme will welcome staff from partner universities in the EU and non-EU countries, providing a platform to exchange ideas, engage in expert-led workshops, and explore the historic Vilnius University campus. Priority will be given to participants from Arqus partner universities.

A workshop on “Strategic International Communication” will be carried out by experts from the universities of Leipzig and Vilnius University. The programme will also include a lecture titled “Changing brain” by Professor Osvaldas Rukšėnas. The full event schedule can be found here.

Through guided tours, participants will be able to discover Vilnius University‘s library, old campus, Sauletekis campus and the Scholarly Communication and Information Centre. They will immerse in Lithuania‘s culture, history and language by visiting Vilnius and the nearby city of Kaunas.

Vilnius University’s Erasmus+ Staff Training Week will offer professional development, as well as networking and social events, connecting academic and administrative staff from across Europe and beyond to share best practices, foster collaboration, and explore new opportunities in higher education.
