The University of Granada, through the Vice-Rectorate for Social Innovation, Employability and Entrepreneurship, announces the launch of Living Labs UGR, an open innovation and co-creation initiative designed to address complex social challenges. This project involves diverse groups, including citizens, public institutions, companies, students and research staff, with the aim of offering innovative and effective solutions.
Living Labs UGR seeks to tackle complex problems proposed by companies, public entities, the university itself and society as a whole, using a user-centred approach based on co-creation. The activities of Living Labs UGR are linked to the innovation actions promoted by the Vice-Rectorate for Social Innovation, Employability and Entrepreneurship, with the participation of the Employment and Internship Centre, UGR Emprendedora and Medialab UGR – Social Innovation Laboratory, which will carry out the coordination tasks as a member of the European Network of Living Labs (ENoLL). The initiative is also connected to other university units involved in innovation and knowledge transfer.
