The training event will be held on 10th-14th July, and it is specifically designed for staff working in laboratories.

During the week, participants will have the opportunity to attend several sessions, seminars, workshops and actively participate in the programme through the presentation of selected topics. The programme will provide an intercultural learning experience through diverse networking moments, creating the ideal atmosphere for know-how and best practices exchange between the participants, as well as with staff from the University of Minho. This Lab Staff Week will allow for the dissemination and sharing of the EASY GOV platform, a laboratory management platform.

Detailed information on the organisation of this International Mobility Week (including preliminary programme, application form, recommended accommodation, travel links) is available here. Participation in the event is free of charge. Participants are, however, expected to cover the travel, accommodation, and living expenses through the Erasmus+ fund for staff training mobility (STT) available in their home institutions or otherwise.

University of Minho can receive a total of 30 participants. In order to ensure a diversified international group, up to 2 persons per university/institution will be accepted. The application for International Mobility Week is open now. Please apply here.

Please submit your application form by 30th June 2023. The results of the application procedure will be announced by e-mail.
