28 Nov 2023The Arqus Research and Innovation Project (Arqus R.I.), the initiative fostering collaboration in R&I across the Arqus universities, gears up for its final major events as it draws towards its conclusive phase in December 2023.
With a mission to discuss specific proposals for the continuation and further development of the Arqus R.I. activities and results, the project holds the Arqus R&I Days and Final Conference in Brussels on 4th December. This culminating event aims to showcase the project’s significant achievements as well as define specific commitments from university members to develop future actions in the R&I and Societal Engagement ambits of the Alliance.
Prior to this conclusive gathering, the Arqus R.I. team will be actively engaging with the SwafS Cross-Alliances Forum in Brussels on 30th November and 1st December. This event underscores the Arqus R.I. project’s commitment to enhancing collaboration and exchanging insights, best practices and lessons learned with other European University Alliances contributing to Science with and for Society (SwafS) objectives.
The Arqus R.I. approaches its conclusion by leaving significant achievements in building the Arqus research community, intensifying joint research projects, strengthening research careers, rethinking transfer methods and marking crucial strides toward Open and Citizen Science to build upon for a sustainable development of the R&I dimension of the Alliance.
