Vilnius University invites young researchers to participate in the 22nd Conference of junior researchers in psychology on 16 May 2025. Titled “Everyday life in a changing world”, the conference provides a platform for psychology students, PhD candidates, and early-career practitioners to share their research and engage in academic discussions within a dynamic and collaborative environment.

Abstract submission is now open, with submissions accepted from 3 to 28 February. Submit abstracts of up to 300 words by completing this registration form. Authors of accepted abstracts will have the opportunity to present their research at the conference, and their work will be published in the conference’s peer-reviewed abstract collection. The Scientific Committee will award three scientific prizes.

This year the Conference of junior researchers in psychology (JMPK’25) will offer English-language sessions for oral presentations, held in a hybrid format, enabling participants to join either online or in person at Vilnius University. Organised by PhD students of the Institute of Psychology of Vilnius University, the conference continues its tradition of fostering academic exchange and professional growth among emerging scholars.

This annual conference is a platform for junior researchers, students of all levels, and junior practitioners to present ongoing research and findings within the community of psychologists. At the same time, it is an excellent opportunity to learn about developments in psychology for all those interested in research and its practical applications. We invite everyone to share their research, experiences and insights in order to build a deeper understanding of the challenges and successes that people face in everyday life in this changing world.

Conference registration will open in March 2025, welcoming all those interested in psychology research and its applications in today’s evolving world. Vilnius University looks forward to welcoming participants to this inspiring academic event.
