13 Feb 2023On 31st January and 1st February, the University of Lyon 1 hosted the kick-off meeting of WP6 “Arqus Learning Pathways” in partnership with the Universities of Granada, Graz, Leipzig, Minho, Padua and Vilnius.
The WP6 “Arqus Learning Pathways” aims to bridge research and education to prepare young Europeans for existing and emerging grand societal challenges. To achieve this main goal, the activities and tasks within this work package are directed towards the design and provision of flexible joint academic offers and the increase of flexibility in existing curricula. The work package is co-led by the Universities of Lyon 1 and Vilnius.
The objective of the hybrid meeting hosted by Lyon 1 was to discuss the work plan and its activities. All partners agreed on the next steps for the upcoming months before a further face-to-face meeting by the work package in Graz.
During the 2-day event, the participants were organized into different working groups according to each task force. The meeting was an opportunity to review the results achieved so far and to define the roadmap for the years to come. On the last day, the partners shared budgetary issues and discussed the involvement of the other work packages in the different activities.
This meeting was very successful and allowed the WP6 members to start this new period with plenty of motivation for the activities to come.
