Join Arqus micro-credential implementation staff training
Arqus academic and administrative staff are encouraged to participate in this training event on 20 March 2025, at 13:00–16:00 CET. This virtual event on micro-credential implementation is designed to provide academics with an understanding of what micro-credentials are and how they are developed.
Key materials such as a framework for jointly prepared micro-credential courses offered in degree and certificate programmes, an agreement template and a syllabus template will be shared to guide participants in their practical application. This event seeks to foster active engagement and collaboration among participants and will serve as a crucial starting point for enabling the smooth implementation of Arqus micro-credentials.
Clearly define what micro-credentials are and their relevance in the European Higher Education (Area)
Understand the key steps and considerations in developing joint micro-credentials
Gain practical insights on how to apply provided documents, such as a framework for jointly prepared micro-credential courses offered in degree and certificate programmes, a micro-credential agreement and syllabus templates
Foster collaborative relationships to support the ongoing initiatives development and further implementation of micro-credentials
Target group
Academic staff from the Arqus Alliance interested in the joint development of micro-credentials. Priority will be given to academics who have already submitted concrete proposals for micro-credential implementation. Administrative staff interested in supporting academics during the implementation phase are also welcome to join the event.
