Arqus Student Agora is launching the first Arqus Student Lab, which will take place at Vilnius University on 2-3 July 2025. The application deadline is 11 May.
This dynamic initiative is a unique opportunity for Arqus students to co-create meaningful change in higher education. The Arqus Student Agora is now selecting 18 Arqus students to participate in an intensive, hands-on Lab this July in Vilnius.
The Student Lab will bring together three diverse student teams to collaboratively tackle key challenges affecting academic life. Each group will design a solution and present their project idea to the wider Arqus student community.

The Arqus Student Lab will follow a structured path that blends creativity, digital tools, and agile methodologies to drive real change in academic communities. This Lab is a collaborative experience where student challenges will be transformed into practical and innovative solutions!

This initiative is financed by the Arqus Innovation Fund under the official title “Transversal Arqus – Arqus Alumni Mentorship Programme”. The Innovation Fund incentivises innovative ad hoc bottom-up initiatives from Arqus academics, administrative staff and students with a joint approach.
