Arqus is organising the 2025 edition of the Summer School for Teaching Innovation in the Minho region.
This enriching three-day training event will take place on 2, 3 and 4 July 2025 and it is designed specifically for higher education teachers eager to elevate their teaching practices.
This event is all about equipping educators with innovative strategies and tools geared by artificial intelligence to make learning more dynamic and impactful.
We start by engaging in team-building activities and setting a collaborative tone for the event. You’ll attend inspiring talks by experts, connect with fellow educators, share insights, and lay the foundation for a stimulating learning journey. During this journey, teachers will develop a plan for transforming a part of a course of their own, supported by the feedback of a peer group and an international team of experienced trainers.
The Summer School will count with 45 teachers from 10 universities of the Arqus Alliance: Granada (5), Graz (5), Leipzig (3), Lyon 1 (5), Maynooth (5), Minho (5), Padua (5), Vilnius (5), Wroclaw (5) and Durham (2).
Participants will connect with fellow educators, share insights, and lay the foundation for a stimulating learning journey. During this journey, teachers will develop a plan for transforming a part of a course of their own, supported by the feedback of a peer group and an international team of experienced trainers, coming from Portugal, Turkey, the United States, the UK, and Ireland.
