10 Oct 2023Arqus invites students from all its universities to apply for the 3rd edition of the European Student Assembly – ESA 2024 – which will take place from 10th to 12th April 2024 at the European Parliament in Strasbourg.
The European Student Assembly is a grassroots project that gathers each year more than 200 students from different European University Alliances to debate current issues, draft political recommendations for the future of Europe and advocate them among stakeholders and decision-makers.
The participants of the ESA 2024 will produce a collection of policy recommendations on 11 debating topics. The Assembly itself will be followed by a series of dissemination events gathering stakeholders and decision-makers where students will advocate and disseminate their policy recommendations among various actors at different government levels, companies and NGOs, who are active in the European political life.
Applications opened on 28th September and students can apply until 5th November at 23:59 (CET) using the following link. Applications are open to students from all fields and levels of study from Bachelor to PhD.
Students interested in representing Arqus in this major political event please reach out the Arqus Student Agora team at student-agora@arqus-alliance.eu which will provide detailed information about the Assembly and the application process. We encourage students to read carefully the ESA24 Handbook before applying. In addition, an information session dedicated to students will be held on 11th October at 18:30 (CEST):
