The EDLab Team will participate in the 2023 European Quality Assurance Forum “Internationalization in a changing world. New trends and challenges for Quality Assurance” that will take place from 23rd to 25th November 2023 in Aveiro (Portugal).

This year’s European Quality Assurance Forum (EQAF) will explore quality assurance policies and practices that support new forms of internationalization. EQAF 2023 will combine sessions about policies and trends, research and practical case examples related to the Forum theme and more generally about current developments in quality assurance.

Samira Bonucci (Arqus Alliance and University of Padua), Laura Howard (SEA-EU Alliance and University of Cadiz) and Isabel Nunes (EUTOPIA Alliance and University Nova of Lisbon) will participate with a workshop on “European Degree Label main challenges and opportunities” on 25th November at 09:30 CET.

The workshop will aim at presenting the first results of the EDLab project and interactively testing and analyzing the most controversial European Degree Label criteria. Attendees will also have the chance to jointly discuss and reflect on the main obstacles for existing programmes to fulfill those criteria and on the role higher education institutions can play in enhancing the Label and its issuing process.

The detailed programme of the event can be found here.
