The University of Minho is very pleased to announce its 3rd International Lab Staff Week which will be held between 23rd and 27th September in Braga, Portugal. This week is specifically designed for staff working in laboratories.

Along the week, participants will have the opportunity to attend several sessions, seminars and workshops and actively participate in the programme through the presentation of selected topics. The programme will provide an intercultural learning experience through diverse networking moments creating the ideal atmosphere for the exchange of know-how and best practices between the participants as well as interact with staff from the University of Minho. In addition, this Lab Staff Week will allow for the dissemination and sharing of the EASY GOV platform, a laboratory management platform.

Participation in the event is free of charge. Participants are, however, expected to cover the travel, accommodation and living expenses through the Erasmus+ fund for staff training mobility available in their home institutions, or otherwise.

The University of Minho can receive a total of 30 participants. In order to ensure a diversified international group, they may accept up to 2 persons per university/institution.

The application for the International Mobility Week is open now.

Please submit your application form by 6th September 2024. Results of the application procedure will be announced by e-mail.
