Lyon 1 hosts “À table avec Arqus”, a culinary week celebrating European cuisine and Arqus opportunities

08 Apr 2024From 8th to 12th April, the Arqus team at the University of Lyon 1 is hosting the second edition of “À table avec Arqus: A Culinary Journey through Europe”. Collaborating with various organizations and departments of Lyon 1, the event promises a week-long culinary adventure for participants.
This initiative aims to showcase the richness of European cuisine while also highlighting international opportunities available through Arqus. Throughout the week, attendees will have the opportunity to experience the diverse flavors of Europe at four different restaurants across Lyon 1 campuses, including La Doua and Rockefeller.
Each day of the week will feature culinary specialties from different member countries, including Austria, Germany, Italy, Ireland, Spain, Portugal, Poland and Lithuania. Participants can expect to indulge in dishes representing the unique gastronomic traditions of these Arqus nations.
