05 Mar 2026

Following the great success of the first edition, the University of Padua invites professional staff from partner universities to participate in a 3-day programme of training and exchange.

This initiative offers a unique opportunity for professional growth through a combination of shared activities, training sessions, job shadowing and networking. Participants will engage in an introductory presentation about the University of Padua and visit specific offices aligned with their professional interests, fostering the exchange of skills and best practices.

Taking place from 9 to 12 June 2026, the event is designed to provide an in-depth insight into the University of Padua’s administrative and strategic operations.

Programme

  • June 9 | Introductory day: An overview of the activities carried out by the International Relations Division for all guests together.
  • June 10–12 | Office Visits: Individual visits and meetings in specific offices or structures as requested by the participants. Available divisions for office visits include:
    • Building and Safety Division.
    • Communication and Marketing Division.
    • Finance and Planning Division.
    • General and Legal Affairs Division.
    • Human Resources Division.
    • International Relations Division.
    • Research and Business Relations Division.
    • Student Services Division.

Application

This event is open to professional staff from the University of Padua’s partner universities; however, the number of participants is limited, so the Project and Mobility Office will evaluate applications based on office availability and profile compatibility. Special consideration will be given to candidates from the Arqus Alliance.

Interested candidates should fill out the form, which will be uploaded soon, by 25 March. Selected participants will receive a confirmation email by 10 April.
