The second edition brought together 296 participants from across Europe, including 136 students, 96 academic staff, 42 non-academic staff and 22 external stakeholders.

A Journey through Artificial Intelligence (JAI) is a series of online webinars to the general public, offering accessible insight into AI’s technologies, risks, and opportunities.

This series is designed for a non-expert audience, fostering AI literacy and breaking down complex AI concepts to make them more understandable and engaging for everyone, contributing in this way to a more informed societal discourse.

During the June programme, five lectures were delivered in hybrid or online formats, with sessions hosted at the Arqus Universities of Graz, Lyon, Padua, and Wrocław that are currently available on the Arqus YouTube channel.

Stay tuned for the third edition of A Journey Through Artificial Intelligence, which will once again bring together experts, students, staff, and citizens to engage critically and creatively with one of the most transformative technologies of our time.

This seminar series has been organised by the Arqus Artificial Intelligence and Digital Transformation Living Lab (AI&DT).
