The Arqus Joint Master’s Programme in Food, Nutrition and Health is coordinated by the University of Padua in collaboration with the University of Granada, Lyon 1, the Agricultural University of Krakow and the University of British Columbia as associated partner. It has been developed with the support of the Arqus Innovation Fund and has recently opened its first call for apllications.

** The activation of the first year of the study programme is subject to its accreditation in accordance with Ministerial Decree 1154/2021 **

The Joint Master Programme in Food, Nutrition and Health (FOOD-H) is a fully integrated, globally competitive programme focused on how nutrition, food science and technology interact with human health. The overarching goal is to offer an innovative educational programme that comprehensively addresses the interplay between food and its implications for human health in a globalised market.

It aims at educating graduates to cope with contemporary challenges such as nutrition issues in food habits, food trends evolution, and the effective connection between production domains, international differences, policy constraints, and sustainability.

A maximum of 30 students are selected per year.

On 5 February at 13:00 CET, students interested in the programme are invited to participate in the Open Week webinar.

Find out more about the programme, meet the Coordinator and get a deeper insight into entry requirements, programme structure, career opportunities, exchange/double degree possibilities for students, research carried out in the Department and much more!
