Arqus student networking session – Find your team for the student co-designed projects call!

Are you interested in joining an innovative idea of other students as a team member? Are you an Arqus student with an innovative idea, but still looking for teammates?

The Arqus Alliance invites students to a one-hour Zoom networking session where students with project ideas can connect with others who are eager to collaborate. This is a great opportunity to form or join a team and prepare an application for the current Arqus Student Co-Designed Projects 2025 call.

The networking session will take place on Wednesday, 7 May 2025, from 16:30 to 17:30 CEST (please check your local time zone!)

The aim of this session is to create a space for Arqus students to connect, share ideas, and build teams in a supportive and dynamic environment. We warmly encourage all interested Arqus students to join! We will use breakout rooms (in case needed) to allow smaller group discussions and networking based on interests and project themes.

The third call for student co-designed projects aims to enhance inter-institutional student experience within Arqus. The deadline to apply is 12 May 2025. Students are encouraged to submit short projects, to be implemented before April 2026. The goal of the call is to support innovative and collaborative initiatives that will promote cultural exchange and the integration of international students across the Arqus member universities. 

Whether you already have an idea or simply want to get involved, don’t miss this chance to meet fellow Arqus students from across the alliance.
