Arqus launches its first Talent Scholarship Fund for PhD students

The Arqus Alliance has opened the first call for applications for its Arqus Talent Scholarship Fund. This call is targeted at talented graduates and students who want to pursue a Doctoral Degree at one of the Arqus universities.
