Climate Change & Sustainability Living Lab

Addressing environmental sustainability and green transitions

Arqus Living Labs are an innovative umbrella concept promoting the setting up and development of communities and spaces for the generation of interdisciplinary, challenge-based approaches to major societal challenges.

In line with the objectives and recommendations of the latest EU Guidelines on Education for Environmental Sustainability and the Digital Education Action Plan, the Arqus Alliance aims to stimulate bottom-up responses to the need for strong education initiatives at all levels for the twin green and digital transition, for sound research and innovation proposals and, especially, to ensure that the synergies between education, research, innovation and dissemination are exploited to the full, by having them generated in a single open space.

The Climate Change & Sustainability Living Lab brings together committed academics, scientists and educators to share solutions and specific approaches. The versatility due to the diversity of disciplines represented in the team is a great strength and potential for a broader understanding of how our planet works.
