Arqus continues to foster collaboration and empowerment across its network with the second event of the current Arqus Women Connect project cycle, set to take place in Leipzig. The event will occur on 23 April at 17:00 (CEST) in room GESI 3.16. Light refreshments and snacks will be provided.
This interactive workshop is designed to support students, graduates and young professionals as they take their first steps into the professional world. By creating a space for open dialogue and shared experiences, the event aims to provide participants with valuable insights into launching their careers while encouraging peer-to-peer learning and exchange.
Attendees will have the opportunity to connect with like-minded women, discuss challenges and opportunities, and build meaningful professional relationships within an inclusive and supportive environment.
The session will be moderated by representatives from student and career services, alongside young professionals who will share practical advice and be available to answer questions. Their contributions will offer real-world perspectives on career development and help participants navigate early professional pathways.
With bottom-up initiatives such as Arqus Women Connect, which was funded by the Arqus Innovation Fund in the 2025 call, the Alliance continues to strengthen its commitment to inclusion, collaboration and the professional development of its community.
