The Arqus Alliance Community of Practice “AI and Language Learning and Teaching” invites you to its 7th online workshop, which will be held on Microsoft Teams on 23 September, from 10:00 to 12:00 CEST.
Titled “Exploring Gemini Notebook: Source-Based AI for Teaching and Research” and given by Eglė Žurauskaitė (Vilnius University), this workshop focuses on “Gemini Notebook” as a source-based generative AI tool for teaching and academic research.
During the session, participants will explore how to generate summaries, glossaries, questions, quizzes, and various audio-visual activities. In addition, in the context of academic research, participants will learn how to organise and compare sources, identify key concepts and arguments, generate thematic overviews, and formulate research questions.
The central goal of this workshop is to equip educators and researchers with the skills needed for designing language-learning activities and supporting academic research.
