The talk will be held in an online synchronous format and last 45 minutes.

The speaker: Victoria S. Zagitova

Victoria S. Zagitova is the founder of Young and Hired (YH), a global career platform which aims to empower the next generation of professionals in international relations, sustainability, fashion, business and human rights. Her mission is clear: to make global careers more accessible, inclusive, and exciting for young people, especially those navigating competitive fields without traditional connections or experience.

Through innovative online courses, career consultations, and an international ambassadors programme, Victoria has helped many students and graduates develop job-ready skills, find their voice, and launch meaningful careers. She has lived and worked across Europe, including Paris, Milan and Boston, bringing a truly international perspective to her work.

Victoria S. Zagitova is an International Relations Graduate and Communications Specialist with +7 years of work experience with online media and social web, and an Instagram blog @victoriaspeaking with over 2.4 mln views. She completed Master of Global Studies and Communication Policies (Honours) at the University of Padua with Boston University, and SciencesPo Paris.
