Maynooth University invites Arqus partners to the IVI Summit 2026: 20 years of impactful research

Maynooth University’s Innovation Value Institute (IVI) extends the invitation to all Arqus partners to join the IVI Summit 2026, which will take place from 10 to 12 June at Maynooth University.

Celebrating its 20th anniversary, this year’s Summit is organised under the theme “20 Years of Impactful Research – What’s Next?” and will bring together experts, researchers, policymakers and industry leaders to discuss the future of digital transformation, data governance and AI-driven innovation.

Participants will benefit from keynote addresses, co-creation workshops, strategic panel discussions, deep-dive breakout sessions and a wide range of networking opportunities throughout the three-day programme. More than 50 speakers and over 200 participants are expected to attend.

  • Data governance and management
  • Responsible and trustworthy AI
  • Emerging technologies and future research directions
  • Collaboration between academia, industry and policymakers

IVI Summit 2026 overview


10 June: Cutting edge co-creation – shaping digital futures

The Summit will open with welcoming addresses from Maynooth University President Professor Eeva Leinonen and IVI Director Professor Markus Helfert, followed by collaborative workshops and discussions focused on shaping future digital innovation and research.

11 June: International perspectives and strategic dialogue

Participants will engage in keynote talks from international experts, strategic panel discussions and parallel deep-dive sessions addressing key developments in AI, governance, digital transformation and innovation policy. The day will conclude with the Summit Gala Dinner at the Glenroyal Hotel in Maynooth.

12 June: Reflection, networking and future collaboration

The final day will focus on networking, expert exchanges and reflections on the future of impactful research and collaboration, including cultural activities and discussions on future research agendas.

For network partners and members, IVI offers a highly discounted registration fee at 50% of the usual registration cost. This reduced rate is otherwise only available to Maynooth University staff. However, Arqus colleagues can register here to use the code Eolas to unlock the €200 registration option by selecting the “MU Staff” category.
