Minho receives the visit of the first Arqus student ambassadors from Granada

Two students from the University of Granada, Ana Gabriela Rodríguez and Carlos Antequera, have made a short mobility stay at the University of Minho from 23 to 25 October. This visit was framed on the local ambassador’s programme organised by the University of Granada within the Arqus Alliance.

The main goal of the visit was the observance of the services offered to students at another partner university of the Alliance in order to gain a richer insight into the development of the Student Services Network Toolkit.

The experience in Minho included visits to the Project Support Office and the units of Education Activities Support, Internationalisation Support, Academic Management, and Documentation and Libraries, as well as the Academic Association, the Social Action Services, the Erasmus Student Network Minho and the UMinho Hub.

After this first visit to the University of Minho, the Arqus UGR Ambassadors programme will involve 10 more students from the University of Granada in visits to other Arqus universities during the academic year 2023/2024 in order to foster the relationship between the students of the member universities.
