On 26 May at 11:00 CEST, the fourth session of the Arqus Verde webinar series will take place, featuring Sarah Bürli from the University of Graz. The session will focus on the species conservation.

Climate change is (re)shaping the foundations of species conservation and challenging traditional strategies for plant collections and transalocations. This webinar will explore how climate change influence the selection of priority species and conservation planning.

It will address approaches to testing plant tolerance to heat, drought, and other climate-induced stresses, and examine the growing debate around assisted migration, including its ecological, ethical, and legal implications.

Registration is open to the general public, but it is essential if you wish to take part. Only those who have registered will receive the link to access the online session.
