The third meeting of the Arqus Network of Language Centre Directors took place in Maynooth from 5 to 7 June 2023. Language Centre directors from the Universities of Granada, Leipzig, Lyon 1, Maynooth, Minho, Padua, Vilnius and Wroclaw attended a hybrid session that included two workshops on English as a medium of instruction/education (EMI/EME).

After brief updates from each member university, new projects were discussed such as the creation of a joint Arqus Multilingualism Module, a Pre-Mobility Toolkit for stays abroad at Arqus Universities, and an EMI Seminar Series. The working group followed up on the Agenda 2030 created at the kick-off meeting in Leipzig to discuss possible modifications and prioritise actions.

The next network meeting will take place in a hybrid format in the first week of October in Vilnius and at the next Arqus Annual Conference in Minho.
