Have you always wanted to learn a second language? The A1 Online German, Lithuanian and Spanish Courses, organised by the Arqus Alliance, are your gateway to discovering the world of these countries’ languages and cultures. The courses offer an engaging and interactive experience and are designed to help you grasp the essentials of the German, Lithuanian and Spanish languages comfortably from your home. Led by our experienced instructors, you will enjoy weekly interactive online sessions via Zoom or Teams and will be sure to build a solid foundation in these languages.

The sessions of the A1 Online German Course will run from 5th March to 22nd May 2024.  You can choose your preferred session day:

  • Group A: Tuesdays at 17:00 (CET).
  • Group B: Wednesdays at 16:00 (CET).

The sessions of the A1 Online Lithuanian Course will take place on Tuesdays and Thursdays (10:00–11:30 CET) from 5th March to 23rd May 2024.

Finally, the sessions of the A1 Online Spanish Course will be held on Mondays and Wednesdays (17:00–18:30 CET) from 4th March to 17th April 2024.

The registration period for the three courses will be open from 19th to 29th February. And a new A1 course for Polish is coming soon!

At the end of the registration period, you will receive a confirmation email that will inform you whether or not you have received a place.

Don’t miss this opportunity to learn from experienced instructors through engaging 90-minute videoconference sessions conducted via Zoom.

At the end of the course, all students who have attended 75% of the lessons and completed the course assignments will receive a Certificate of Attendance, which demonstrates their commitment and dedication to learning German, Lithuanian or Spanish.

The courses follow different methodologies, but they all have a communicative and task-based approach. Students will be required to dedicate time to autonomous learning before and after the online class. More information about the methodology and course materials will be given at the beginning of each course.

This course is open to all students in the Arqus Alliance, but due to high demand, we can accept only up to two participants per university. So make sure to secure your spot early!
