On 13th December, the Arqus Open Science Ambassadors Network and ENLIGHT Alliance held the first webinar of the joint series focused on Open Science: “Opportunities and challenges in practising Open Science”.

This webinar series aims to identify and discuss obstacles and reservations in using Open Science, and also to present best practices to help individuals overcome these challenges. With around 30 participants from both Alliances, the discussion focused mainly on the topics of Open Science networks, how to start with Open Science and which approaches stimulate practising Open Science in discipline-specific and institutional contexts, as well as sharing of best practices.
