Arqus is proud to share the outcomes of its fourth internal call for Blended Intensive Programmes designed to foster long-term collaboration and joint activities among its members.

Blended Intensive Programmes (BIP) are intensive programmes that use innovative ways of learning and teaching, including the use of online cooperation. They are designed and funded by the Erasmus+ programme.

For this fourth edition, four projects were selected, covering four different thematic areas and reflecting the diversity of priorities addressed through the programme.

The selected projects include both new initiatives and projects that have previously received support through earlier editions of the call or have been developed through other formats. This balance enables the programme to foster innovation while also strengthening and consolidating ongoing activities.

The participation of institutions from outside the Alliance further demonstrates Arqus’ openness to diverse partnerships and its commitment to strengthening collaborative links.

The four projects selected for funding and to be implemented during the 2026–2027 academic year are:

  • Teaming up for cardiovascular risk reduction: An integrated approach
  • BIP GEO 27 Landscape transformations: Abandonment and resilience in peripheral rural areas in Southern Europe
  • Philosophy and/of Religion: From Classical German Philosophy to the Contemporary Debate on Metaphysics and Modernity
  • AI-Enabled Biostatistical Modelling of Antimicrobial Resistance: A One Health Blended Intensive Programme

Congratulations!
