The Arqus Innovation Fund will be back in January!

|

16 Dec 2024

From 15 January to 17 March 2025, proposals for bottom-up initiatives by students and staff from Arqus universities, innovative activities to be developed and implemented by Arqus Working Groups and innovative forms of mobility can be submitted for the 2025 call of the Arqus Innovation Fund.

The Arqus Innovation Fund seeks to incentivise innovative, internal bottom-up initiatives led by Arqus staff and students that have an impact on the entire Alliance. To achieve this, it provides seed funding to foster innovation and an entrepreneurial mindset, strengthen the visibility of Arqus, and promote further staff engagement.

The aim of this seed funding call is twofold:

For Arqus Working Groups:

The aim is to provide guidance to Arqus Working Groups on the external funding opportunities available for the individual innovative initiatives in the Arqus Erasmus+ Work Plan 2022-2026, and to provide financial support for expenses that other sources cannot cover.

Please note that priority will be given to Arqus Working Groups that have received little or no funding from the Arqus Innovation Fund in previous calls.

Please also note that funding for the design of innovative forms of mobility will be assessed separately under this seed-funding call.

For ad hoc bottom-up initiatives:

The aim is to incentivise innovative ad hoc bottom-up initiatives from Arqus academics, administrative staff and students with a joint approach.

Please note that at least 60% of the available funds will be reserved for ad hoc bottom-up initiatives.

The call will be open from 15 January to 17 March 2025.

The call for applications with all parameters and information on the application and selection process will be published in time via all Arqus channels. Stay tuned!
