Join the Winter Kindergarten of Theoretical Physics Conference of Wrocław

The University of Wrocław invites Arqus students to participate in the Winter Kindergarten of Theoretical Physics Conference, which will take place from 19^th to 26^th May 2024 in Karpacz (Poland). The international conference is organised by the Association of Physics Students “Migacz” of the Faculty of Physics and Astronomy. The Kindergarten is also co-located with the Winter School of Theoretical Physics, a renowned scientific conference in Europe, which will also be held in Karpacz during these days.

The conference is free of charge. It is recommended to prepare a short presentation/poster, as active participants will have priority for acceptance, but it is not required for participation. Accommodation and meals will be provided. The Kindergarten itself does not have a specific theme, but it is worth noting that this year’s edition of the School is entitled “Phase Transitions – From the Laboratories to the Cosmos”.

An integral part of the Kindergarten experience is the inclusion of lectures by special guests from the School of Theoretical Physics. This provides an opportunity to discuss current topics with actual PhDs and professors. Participants will also have access to all lectures held at the School.
