The University of Granada hosted a working meeting on 27 and 28 October 2026, bringing together members of the Arqus Alliance to discuss the development of its joint educational offer and strengthen coordination with the EDLive project. This meeting brought together representatives of the different task forces involved in these initiatives.

The meeting provided an opportunity to review progress, address outstanding tasks and agree on priorities for the next stages of work. Discussions focused on work plans, key milestones, deliverables and timelines. It explored ways to improve coordination between the new Arqus chapter, Arqus Bridge, and EDLive and ensure that their activities complement one another.

A key focus was the development of the joint educational offer, which covers three main areas: joint degree programmes, short and flexible learning opportunities, as well as the promotion of teaching innovation and excellence. Dedicated task force sessions allowed participants to review ongoing work, discuss shared challenges and plan the next steps in each of these areas.

The agenda also included preparations for the EDLive work plan and its forthcoming kick-off conference. Alongside these discussions, participants address practical aspects of collaboration, including the allocation of responsibilities, progress monitoring, reporting and the organisation of future meetings.

By hosting this meeting, the University of Granada contributes to strengthening collaboration across European higher education and advancing the development of more flexible and innovative learning opportunities. The event also reinforces cooperation among Arqus partners as they work towards a more connected and collaborative European educational landscape.
