Course on the Implementation of Arqus Joint Programmes at the University of Wrocław

The face-to-face Arqus Joint Programmes Implementation Workshop served as an opportunity for academic and administrative staff engage in a Kick-off meeting aimed at initiating and guiding the further development process of Arqus joint programmes.

During the workshop, participants received expert guidance and support in the design and development of these programmes, ensuring the highest quality of the newly launched initiatives. The workshop provided practical insights into curriculum design, the drafting of cooperation agreements, financial management, and best practices for successful collaboration, with support offered after the workshop to facilitate programme development. The workshop served as a space for a first working meeting as well as networking for the programme preparators.

Learning outcomes:

  • Understand how to navigate joint curriculum design processes
  • Be able to draft a joint cooperation agreement
  • Be familiar with JPs financial management systems and key financial issues
  • Be aware of existing practices for successful collaboration established in Arqus institutions
  • Prepare a detailed work plan and schedule
