On 29 January, the University of Graz will host a roundtable discussion focused marking the official launch of the new initiative “Arqus Women Connect“, a platform dedicated to supporting women in the early stages of their professional careers. The event will focus on the role of this initiative and on the first steps women take as they transition from student life to the academic and professional world.

The discussion will explore how connection, mentorship, and shared experiences can support women as they navigate early career decisions, overcome challenges in academia and beyond, and transition from student life to the professional world. Bringing together diverse perspectives, the roundtable will offer practical insights, and an open space for dialogue.
