The Student Council organises the first Arqus Student Organisation Fair

The Arqus Student Council is organising the first Arqus Student Organisation Fair and invites representatives from the students’ associations, teams and organisations from all Arqus universities to participate. The event will take place online next 26th April 2023 from 16:00 to 18:00 CEST.
The fair is meant to bring together similarly-focused academic circles, teams, and student organizations from the university members of the Alliance. The participants will be able to join breakout rooms and hear presentations from other student organizations that share their scientific interests and passions. The final goal is to create the basis for building a space for common initiatives and projects.
With this initiative, the Student Council intends to:
• Provide a space for networking.
• Allow for an exchange of ideas.
• Exchange best practices.
• Foster the development of exciting joint projects.
Registration for this unique event and sign-up of the participants’ organisations is open until Friday, 21st April, through this online form. Participants will receive the link to the digital platform where the event will take place.
Participants are asked to prepare a short oral or written presentation about their organizations (5 minutes long maximum). In order to make the meeting as productive as possible, some information alongside the sign-up is required so that the organisers can create domain-based groups. If there are multiple people participating from the same organization, the registration form should be filled out separately for each of them.
