Mobility Compass – Staff

All Arqus universities welcome colleagues from other institutions who are looking for opportunities for professional growth, and they continuously collaborate to create new projects aimed at enhancing skills development. We support the development of competences across different roles and fields by designing both virtual and physical international mobility programmes, which facilitate the exchange of knowledge and good practices.

Staff mobility in higher education institutions can be designed and placed within different frameworks, depending on the profile and the competences of the staff member involved. Adopting the categories used in the Erasmus+ programme, we can divide staff mobility into mobility for training and mobility for teaching, depending on the type of activity carried out during the project.

This section introduces the main types of staff mobility activities and provides some insights into how Arqus promotes them.
