The Arqus International Innovators Award is an online competition that looks to select the most innovative and internationalized Arqus start-ups. You, as part of the Arqus community of students, academics and professional staff, will have the opportunity to vote for your favourite Arqus international business model!

How?

The video pitches will be released on the Arqus website on 11 November. Stay tuned and pick your preferred Arqus born-global start-up until 18 November on this website! By participating with your vote and disseminating this initiative among your colleagues, you are supporting the visibility of the Arqus international venture and contributing to start-up exchange and networking within and outside our Alliance!

The winner will be announced on 19 November, during the Leipzig Founders’ Night 2024 in Leipzig.

Know more about the Arqus International Innovators Award

The Arqus International Innovators Awards is one of the initiatives of the Alliance intended to identify and foster university-based start-ups planning to internationalize (Born Global Start-ups) very early. The Award allows them to present international business models in order to support visibility and networking on the European level for international venture implementation.

It is developed in the framework of the initiative “Arqus Linking Local Ecosystems” aimed at fostering knowledge and technology transfer among local ecosystems, contributing to regional and European innovation strategies. Co-led by Leipzig University and the University of Minho.
